From 1995 through 1999, he was the claims manager at Oracle Management (now known as Triad), where he directed handling of all aspects of workers' compensation claims. Mr. King then obtained his license to represent injured workers from the Workers' Compensation Board Commissioners, and worked for the law firm of Ouimette, Goldstein & Andrews from 1999 through 2002 as a licensed hearing representative. In 2002, Mr. King joined Kirk & Teff, LLP.Mr. King obtained his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Cortland in 1978. He regularly attends continuing legal education programs sponsored by the Injured Workers' Bar Association, in order to keep current on developments in the Workers' Compensation law and general practice.
