Bio:	Ron Phillips is a native of Sussex County and has been a Delaware lawyer since 1994. After attending college at Elon College in North Carolina and Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania, Ron attended Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Upon graduation, Ron wanted to return to Delaware in order to serve the community he grew up in.Ron first worked as an associate for the law firm of Hudson, Jones, Jaywork, Williams and Ligouri and practiced out of the firm’s Dover office. In 1998, Ron became a partner with the firm and was the resident managing partner of the Georgetown office from 1998 until 2003.
