Bio:Sarah returned to her home of Omaha to attend law school at Creighton University after graduating cum laude from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in advertising (2009). In law school, Sarah earned a CALI Award for her legal writing skills, served on the Moot Court Board, received three Outstanding Oralist Awards for her speaking and advocacy skills in Creighton’s Moot Court competition, participated in the Robert M. Spire Inns of Court, and served on the Board of the Creighton Law Democrats. After finishing her first year of law school, she had the opportunity to clerk for the Honorable Judge Daniel Morris and the Honorable Judge Jack Anderson of the United States Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration review (2010). Her next summer, she accepted a summer associate position clerking for Scheldrup Blades law firm and also taught law part-time at a local college (2011).
