Bio:Stephen Baer is the Managing Partner of Baer Romain, LLP. He concentrates his practice in the areas of family law, criminal law, personal injury, civil litigation, and mediation. He began his law career as an Assistant District Attorney with the Chester County District Attorney's office and established his law practice shortly thereafter. Stephen was born and raised in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh in 1974 and his J.D. from Temple University in 1978. Mr. Baer was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1978, the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania in 1981, and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1984. Stephen has served on many distinguished committees and groups throughout his career. He was a member of the Board of Directors for both New Century Bank (now Customers Bank) from 1992 to 2002 and the Chester County Bar Association from 1986 to 1988.
