Bio:Mr. Wachter focuses his practice on representing governmental entities, municipalities, school districts, authorities and special purpose entities. He also represents private business entities in their interactions with local, state and federal government. Prior to joining the Knox firm, Mr. Wachter served as an aide to Pennsylvania Governor Tom Ridge, as the Special Assistant for Special Projects to Pennsylvania Governor Mark Schweiker, and as a Pennsylvania Site Advance Team Member for the White House. Additionally, he gained economic development experience while working as an Economic Development Analyst at the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development.
