Bio:I  am a New York  workers' compensation attorney who graduated from Syracuse University with a B.A. in English in 1986, and attended Western New England University School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor in 1993. After admission to the New York State Bar in 1994, I began my career representing the City of Syracuse in workers' compensation matters.  From 1997 to 2006, I was a Senior Partner in the firm of Leiter and Brune, representing both injured workers and insurance carriers in Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability claims.  In 2006 I was recruited to join Wolff, Goodrich and Goldman,  handling workers' compensation matters for insurance carriers and employers, and became a Partner in 2009.  In 2014 I started my own practice, exclusively dedicated to representing the rights of injured workers.  I later merged with the Carbonaro Law Offices in Auburn, New York.  Paul and I have over 40 years of experience combined in both workers' compensation and social security disability matters, and proudly represent the rights of injured workers across upstate New York.   I currently  reside in Baldwinsville, New York with my wife and two children.
