About: Mr. Arons serves as a founding member of the esteemed law firm Arons & Solomon, P.A., with an exclusive focus on family law since 1991. He enjoys a prominent reputation within the legal community as a matrimonial attorney, distinguished for his exceptional skills in negotiation, litigation, mediation, and collaborative law.
His educational foundation is firmly rooted in finance and business, as he graduated with honors in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Following this achievement, he pursued his legal education at Emory University Law School and returned to North Jersey to embark on a prestigious clerkship alongside Superior Court Judge Andrew Napolitano.
In the early stages of his career, Mr. Arons concentrated on real estate and transactional law at a well-regarded law firm in Paramus, New Jersey. It was in 1995 that he joined forces with Marion Solomon to establish the renowned Arons & Solomon. Since 1995, he has held the distinction of being a certified mediator and has, for over fifteen years, served as the chairman of the Bergen County Settlement Panel.
Additionally, in 2006, he played a pivotal role in the founding of the Collaborative Divorce Association of North Jersey, previously known as the North Jersey Collaborative Practice Group.
