The Baldwin Law Firm tells you what you want to hear during his free consultation and offers a flat rate then he charges you an hourly rate without your knowledge and then sends you a bill at three times the agreed amount after he has enough emails to prove he did things without a fee agreement. His main business is warrant in debt claims against former clients. Check the Fairfax County court information system. Your left with losing if you defend yourself or paying another lawyer to defend you.
