This company was hired to do a private property title search and real estate closing. This company promised they would not delay closing, however Brown and LaPointe, PA is the only party that is delaying closing. They also cannot complete a simple closing form, it has only taken seven times for it to be filled out and I still do not trust that it is accurate. I would NEVER hire this company and have had a TERRIBLE experience with them. Please avoid this company!
