Clients: Mr. Bugeja served as co-counsel for the Plaintiffs in Eddie York and CRT vs the City of Fort Smith where the court ruled against the city's actions regarding the 1% Prepared Food Tax and the Plaintiff's petitions to put the measure on the ballot for the voters to decide. This case and subsequent court victory received considerable city-wide newspaper reporting.
