About: David was born and raised in Southern California, and spent two years volunteering for his church in Brazil. He is committed to serving others and working hard to improve each community he lives in. David believes that practicing law provides a unique opportunity to help people resolve their disputes. In his spare time, David also enjoys spending time with his young family, participating in church, surfing, kayaking, snorkeling … basically any water-based activity!
David received an undergraduate degree in philosophy, with high honors. His training in analytical and critical thinking, as well as in writing clearly and effectively, helps him to develop a deep understanding of legal issues and to persuasively communicate that understanding to others. These skills are especially useful to clients during litigation and appeals.
David’s breadth of experience is a further resource to clients. During law school, David worked for a real estate firm, a criminal defense firm, the Guardian ad Litem Program, and as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge Bradford Thomas at the First District Court of Appeal. David has continued to expand the breadth of his experience, working on cases involving employment law, family law, personal injury, real estate, business and contract disputes, and other areas of the law. David’s broad scope of experience allows his clients to rest assured that he will represent them effectively, no matter the area of law involved.
From pre-suit negotiation, through litigation and appeals, David works to provide his clients with the benefit of a deep understanding of the legal issues confronting them.
