About: Gunter & Murphy, LLP, established in 1969, is a small law firm that assists clients in the areas of probate administration, estate planning and administration, taxation, real estate and business planning. The partners are Carole H. Gunter, a certified specialist in estate planning and probate law, and Kerry L. Murphy. Thomas D. Kilpatrick, an Associate Attorney, practices in estate planning and probate administration. Robert H. Foster practices in estate and business planning and is Of Counsel. The founder of the firm, Robert C. Mays III, died in June of 2009. The current partners proudly carry out his vision of providing quality legal counseling to its clients.
