commentI just called the Latham office asking if i could set up an appointment to create a will and/or trust. The person answering the phone said usually people leave everything to thier spouse. I said what happens if that person dies? I said that is why i wanted to talk to a lawyer. I asked if i needed to bring anything, he said well how complicated will the will be? He said what do you have in assets, but of course he didn't listen, he just kept on talking. I repeated back the address and asked if they were located near the Century House, he said up the road from them? Really where? I guess i will have to call some place else, clearly they have the wrong person answering the phones.
