About: Although willing to tirelessly fight for his clients, Mr. Wallace does not encourage needless court battles. In reality very few controversies go to trial. Well over 95% of lawsuits filed end up getting settled and never go to trial. In serving his clients interest, settlement should always be an option. Clients with responsible legal representatives understand their clients are often best served by a defusing of a situation instead of intensifying it by legal maneuvering, driving up costs and driving parties farther away from a possible resolution. There are times when a fight is the only way forward, but more often an attorney should immediately be looking for ways to favorably resolve an crisis by working collaboratively with opposing counsel.
Mr. Wallace is an Evansville native, graduate of Indiana University-Bloomington, and Valparaiso University School of Law. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys, a registered Domestic Mediator, member of the Christian Legal Society, Evansville Bar Association, Indiana Bar Association and Kentucky Bar Association.
