Practice Area: After practicing law for many years in a firm that focused on defending the money of insurance companies, I decided to venture out to start a practice that focused on obtaining results for injured Iowans -- not helping insurance companies deny the money you deserve. I practice primarily in the areas of workers' compensation and personal injury, including injuries resulting from car accidents, work injuries or dog bites.
About: I went to Creighton University for my Bachelor of Science. I graduated from law school in 2001 from Drake University, with honors. I was a law clerk for the Polk County District court in 2001-2002 where I worked for four different judges. I thereafter clerked for Judge Van Zimmer of the Iowa Court of Appeals before beginning private practice.
