He has been appointed as Special Prosecutor by three different District Attorneys in serious criminal matters involving Police Corruption, Sexual Assault and Attempted Murder. He has appeared in cases before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court as a special prosecutor and as counsel to civil litigants, as well as before the New Hampshire Supreme Court as criminal defense counsel.
