I hired and paid Bernado in full to work on my case. It has been 4 months, and he has done nothing on my case. I have called, emailed, and text him asking to call me to talk about my case. I have not been able to have a conversation at all. All this time I am still communicating with the court and now representing myself because Bernado is not communicating with me in any way. I am disgusted that an attorney who took an oath to not abuse their power with a client who retained and paid for his service has pretty much taken my money and not done anything to help me with my case. I hope no one every hire him because I do not want anyone else to have the same experience. I did hear of anyone client who I referred to him make the same complaint about him being unprofessional and not being able to get in contact with him to talk about her case prior to going to court. This should not be allowed in any way. This is called theft.
