About: Brandon R. Bytnar, Esq. has practiced law in Naples, Florida since 2009. He focuses primarily on estate planning, probate administration, trust administration, elder law, and guardianship. Before earning his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law, Brandon graduated magna cum laude from Ohio Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s degree in both political science and journalism. While in law school, Brandon worked as an intern in the Office of the Ohio Public Defender and as a law clerk for judges and magistrates in the Toledo Municipal Court. After obtaining his law degree, Brandon became a member of the Florida Bar, the Collier County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. In addition, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida. Brandon has served on the Board of Directors for the Foundation for the Developmentally Disabled. He's also served on the Community Advisory Board for Avow Hospice, Inc. In his free time, Brandon enjoys golfing, boating, and spending time with his family and friends.
