About: Mr. Mandelaris' practice focuses on complex civil litigation personal injury, commercial trucking accidents, car accidents, first and third party insurance coverage, personal injury, wrongful death, and workers' compensation. Mr. Mandelaris has litigated cases throughout Colorado involving catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, and insurance bad faith.
As a Denver attorney, Mr. Mandelaris has litigated over 135 cases ranging from personal injury, breach of contract, and criminal matters.
Mr. Mandelaris is the managing partner of Mandelaris Law, LLC. Prior to forming the firm, Mr. Mandelaris' practice involved litigating injury cases and defending police officers, deputy sheriffs, and governmental officials in connection with on-duty and off-duty disciplinary actions, internal affairs investigations, and appeals. Mr. Mandelaris also gained significant experience as an associate at a prominent Denver law firm handling personal injury and workers' compensation claims. Mr. Mandelaris, likewise, served as a law clerk for the Chief Administrative Law Judge at the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Mr. Mandelaris is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, Workers' Compensation Educational Association, Colorado Bar Association, and Denver Bar Association. He was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2006 after having graduated in the top 20% of his class at the University Of Denver Sturm College Of Law. A native of Flint, Michigan, Mr. Mandelaris received his Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Mr. Mandelaris directed global procurement, logistics, and materials management within multinational automotive and telecommunications companies prior to transitioning into law.
Mr. Mandelaris is the Managing Partner of Mandelaris Law, LLC, and oversees its Personal Injury, Civil litigation, and Workers' Compensation Divisions.
