About: General Practice law firm serving Union County since 1980. Our primary areas of practice are Real Estate, Estate Planning and Administration, Family Law, General Civil Litigation, Personal Injury/Wrongful Death and Traffic/Criminal Law. Our goal is to be our clients' "lawyer for life", meaning we can represent local individuals, families and businesses in all of their legal needs, from buying their home, planning for their estate, opening and running their business, personal injury cases, family law matters, and even administering their estate. While many firms are transitioning to one particularized area of practice, we want to maintain being a true general practice firm. Many of our customers came here because their parents used our firm 20 years ago, or because we helped handle their grandparents estate, for example. We really embrace our long-term roots in Union County and our connections to the County to get to know our community and its members and represent them to the best of our ability. All of our attorneys work in different areas, so if the attorney who did you real estate closing cannot help you with your personal injury case, we have another who can.
