I hired attorney Richard segal concerning a simple contract matter. Attorney Segal said no problem slam dunk he could handle it and fast. I paid him and the guy disappeared with my money. I never heard from him again. I got a letter from the court dismissing the case because attorney Segal failed to answer a motion. Attorney Segal has moved to Florida and will not return my phone calls.

Attorney Segal handled a real estate matter I was going through with my home. He explained my defenses upfront so I agreed to hire him. Attorney Segal said the case would be a piece of cake and not to worry. Well after 3 years attorney Segal list my case and now I owe hundreds of thousands of dollars. What happened. Attorney Segal will not return my calls. Someone please help.

I hired attorney segal awhile back. He told me he does divorce cases all the time and said he was a pro because several xwives have divorced him in the past He explained everything to me up front. The problem is that nothing he said happened. In fact the judge threw the book at me. I am very disappointed. Jackie a friend of mine gave me attorney segals' number to handle a contract matter. I paid him his large retainer based upon the promises he made to me upfront. Well it is 2 years later and the case was dismissed. I was never even notified of it by attorney segal. I have been trying to call him for 5 months but he won't respond. I am so confused. Where are you attorney segal?
