I requested a copy of Mr. Angle's Engagement Letter that he requires clients to sign to do business with him. This was his response: "Brian, there is really nothing in our engagement letter that will help you make a decision. I will try and get a reissue rate on title insurance and save you money where possible. I am not going to send you an engagement letter or do any more about this until you send us a contract or get us to do the work for you. I have been doing this for 32 years and close several every day. If you do not feel comfortable doing it the normal way and trust us, you may want to look for another attorney." He wants you to agree to do business with him and then find out what's in his contract later. Very rude and poor customer service.
