Its terrible service. They will convince you no one wants your case, and then make you sign a bunch of contracts that you do not understand. You'll need another attorney to figure out what their contracts even mean. You will wait forever to hear from them. When you try to contact them they will stall you and keep telling you they will call you back but never will. Its the worst experience to have to wait when you are already anxious to begin with.
