Her early career experiences convinced her that she wanted to work for the “other side” and represent the injured worker. Her extensive experience and knowledge of "both sides" of the workers' compensation system make her uniquely qualified to represent injured workers. She understands the complexities of the workers’ compensation system in Virginia – including the tactics that insurance carriers and employers commonly use to deny claims – and she knows exactly how to fight for and win the benefits her clients deserve. Ms. Moses strongly believes in the rights of injured workers, and she represents ONLY injured workers.
