commentI had the unfortunate experience of having judge Nagle preside over an arbitration related to child visitation and child support. Judge Nagle ignored well presented evidence that included photos and videos clearly showing my position. He instead focused on hearsay and lies presented by exwife. Many of the exhibits presented by the exwife he found “credible” have subsequently been proven false.
He is either biased , incompetent or worse , both.
Do not use him for conflict resolution especially binding arbitration
You can but appeal
Stick with the courts. At least you can appeal
an incompetent misguided decision
