I regret retaining Caitlin Embrich. She was with Sherer law firm when I retained her, but after a few weeks I was notified that Sherer was closing it's doors, but alas, Caitlin Embrich was opening her own law firm, and she should have told me this when she took my $2500.00 retainer. But in good faith I agreed to have her represent me under her very own law firm that she was opening to cater to the people. It has been a fiasco, a joke, and a slap in my face ever since, she has my money but has failed miserably in representing my Father's estate. She has refused to return even 1 of my phone calls, failed to file motions in a timely manner, and worst of all, failed to acknowledge today's court date, she was a No-Show...which thoroughly upset the judge, ultimately damaging my interests as a beneficiary and heir to my Father's estate. Shame on her, I can't write how I truly feel, but I called her office and left voicemails 3 times last week to please call me, I received no response, and she failed to show up or zoom today in court, she has now in effect damaged my interests as an heir because of some of his ruling, as to where she could have defended my interests, and he stated that he would be calling her personally. Steer clear of this woman and this law firm, so sorry to say, I regret ever meeting her!!!
      - 10/23/2023 - Edit to my previous post, Caitlyn Embrich's new law firm is Elliot and Embrich Law, good luck to anyone who retains Caitlyn Embrich, I have kept track of every phone call I've made to her since retaining her in April, I did receive 1 return phone call from her paralegal to date. There was a court date in May I believe in which Caitlyn flipped through her calendar and agreed with the opposing side and the judge to be in court on a specified date, and I called to inquire with her paralegal as to why she had not contacted me as we needed to have an in person meeting to prep and was informed that she was on vacation and would be out of town for two weeks, so that court date never happened either, what comes around goes around, shame on her and her law degree, the Lord giveth, and he take away, Amen!!! - flag

Caitlin worked on a case of mine for about 2 years as a GAL. Her communications was non-existent. She was insanely unprofessional, both in and out of the courtroom. She never followed through on important contacts regarding the children - discussions with family, teachers, counselors, etc. She waited until the day before court to even draft a recommendation, and then sat and ate snacks and sipped on a soda during the entire trial. What a joke...she was completely useless to our case and to our entire trial. At one point, she mentioned having over 100 cases and this is why she was so delayed on her deliverables - inexcusable. These are childrens' lives we are talking about; their well-being and future. I will NEVER be using her services again, and will advise anyone against her as well. Utterly unbelievable how poor this experience was.

I almost cried when I saw no reviews! Caitlin Embrich rocks! She has worked with my son for almost a year and a half and we would have been lost without her. She made sure my son maintained custody of his daughter and things got rocky for a bit and Caitlin was there above and beyond. My granddaughter,now 2, is safe with her daddy! Thank you will never be enough and while you and I have not met personally, I will be eternally grateful !
     Client - 10/25/2023 - Apparently her priorities have somehow shifted since this wonderful post, I understand that each case has its unique dynamics, but mine really isn't that different or out of the ordinary. When I rely on the expertise, knowledge, and word of an attorney I expect for that attorney to follow through. My money spends just the same when Miss Embrich has the pleasure of spending it as any attorney, and the Internet is a powerful tool in letting the public know how she has treated me as a client. Instead of promoting her new law firm, she needs to focus her attention on pleasing the clientele that have already retained her, we have a voice, and I intend on giving reviews with play by plays if necessary, better check yourself!!! - flag
