C-a-l-s "C-u-k" K-z-k, "ESQ", was initially hired to handle a simple real estate, and a divorce case, involving extensive property holdings. K-z-k's ultimate gross negligence, inattention, case unpreparedness, "unsupervised" attorney partners, and inept legal assistants, resulting in blatant gross malpractice, ended up costing me HUNDREDS OF THOUSAND OF DOLLARS in legal fees, and MILLIONS OF DOLLARS LOST EQUITY of a marital estate that took a lifetime to build. Kozak's inability to even supervise his legal secretary, "D- d - a", who could not even "Record" a simple Deed Of Trust correctly within an agreed statutory TIME LIMIT... "TWICE", related to a legal settlement, again, cost me TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.! Don't listen too, or be fooled by all of the "Pump and Dump" BS FaceBook Positive Referrals... that's just a manufactured "Bait & Switch" hook job to suck you in... and without a doubt, ALL of these Negative "Yelp Posts" are TRUE, because if you go for the "Bait", YOU WILL REGRET breathing the same air as this demented, senile, poor excuse of an attorney...! Don't get me wrong, I know a lot of GOOD ATTORNEYS in Reno... but believe me, this man is not one of them, rather he is an epic discredit, and an embarrassment to his profession...!!!
