My experience with Attorney David L. VanSlyke of Columbus, Ohio is that he plays fast and loose with the Rules of Civil Procedure and Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct and thinks nothing of making false, material statements and representations to courts and judges. He is willing to do and say anything to win at whatever hearing he is in at the moment. I have transcripts and evidence of Mr. VanSlyke making materially false statements and adopting a certain legal position in one court, then taking a 180 degree, polar opposite position, and making opposite material statements in another court. Honesty and integrity are lacking
