Im not a review writer. I was looking for a workmen comp. attorney since 2023. In 2025 He was recommended by another law firm. He quickly took my case but never sat down with me to hear my case. When we finally sat down he didn't hear myside. He did quickly say he was double booked and didnt understand why we needed to discuss. instead told me he only does paper work since the one paying the bill is Work Safety Insurance of North Dakota. So his job wasnt to represent me it was to verify documents were in order. I suffer a shattered ankle and split my tibia in three vertically with unproven nerve damage to my left lower leg. Testing on nerve June 12,2025 He handed over my incomplete file over to me by request. I have received correspondence of excusing himself. I fired him. "Dont worry I have 25 years of experience, I will take care of you". Was his pitch. I dont walk correctly and will never run again.
