Bio:Elizabeth K Cassidy advises both municipal and private developer clients on a wide variety of land use, zoning and environmental regulatory issues and represents a broad range of clients before land use approval boards and the courts in civil litigation. Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Lafayette College in 2005 with a major in both Government and Law and Geology. While at Lafayette, Ms. Cassidy was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and graduated with Honors in Government and Law. Elizabeth received her Juris Doctor degree in 2008 from Pace University School of Law with a certificate in Environmental Law. Ms. Cassidy was a Land Use Law Center Merit Scholar as well as a Senior Research Fellow.
