commentAt first, Ms. Doty seemed to be diligent and she seemed to listen well. Unfortunately, she did a very poor job of making sure I understood the potential next steps in the legal process before they took place. Then, when those steps came, there were surprises for which I wasn't ready. Ultimately, when I needed legal help the most, she didn't want to put more work in and gave up. I definitely would not hire her again and recommend that others do not do so either.
