My company recently was awarded a $300K sanctions judgment against Emory Potter for misconduct, improper legal tactics, bad faith, and much more. Potter has refused to pay a penny for his misconduct even though he appealed the ruling and lost. He is hiding from us and has forced us to get the judge to issue a FIFA against him that we are now forced to collect via garnishment of him and his clients, as well as via Sheriff’s seizures of his property. A complaint has been filed with the GA Bar Association yet he’s out running free with no care for his obligations. He is a menace!
