commentI have worked with Everett Holum in Governance on several multi-million dollar non-profit corporation Boards of Directors. He has many strengths but the two that were, perhaps, of greatest value in our situations were "situational analysis" and "strategic planning"; in other words, "what, exactly, is our current position" and "what are our most favorable options going forward"?
