commentMr. Castrataro puts great effort in projecting an image of himself that is quite different than what his actions say. In handling my case he and his firm were incompetent, unprofessional, and ultimately ineffective. Mr. Castrataro returned a grand total of one of my calls. In person I was appalled at how much he talked about himself and the awards he has received. They somehow managed to also overcharge me.
