I came to Morgan & Morgan thinking they were fully staffed so the line of communication between them and their client will always be opened. In the beginning I wondered why they wanted me to sign a letter they gave me stating (just to summarize) not to expect the handling of my personal injury case to be done at a rapid pace. I understand that these type of cases can be very particular and can take some time. However, when I hired them my accident had been eight (8) months prior, all my medical records, employment, accident report, medical bills (doctors had made a final analysis) had been done. I hand delivered records I got from a previous Attorney I dismissed. (Another story he was only part-time) I told Morgan & Morgan what I experienced with my last Attorney, so they were aware. Basically I was at the step of negotiation with the insurance company. It now has been another (8) months and I can count on one hand the number of times Mr. Kucia has communicated with me without me literally calling begging for a return call or some type of response. His paralegal took an attitude with me because I complained. I was not one of those harassing client that called everyday. I usually called once a month or even waited a couple of months. So, I didn't understand why she took an attitude. I called Mr. Kucia and left several messages on his voicemail and with his assistant and he is yet to return my call. I don't know what to do. I'm still in major pain from this accident, I don't no what to do about myself. I'm fighting with the doctors, financially ruined, on the verge of losing my home, and the attorney want return my calls. I don't know what to do or think. I'm having a mental breakdown. The last time I did speak to Mr. Kucia, he said the insurance company is not making an offer and we may have to go to court. (fine!! I don't care) That was months ago he said that, so talk to me an let me know what I should do about my continue medical treatments, what's the plan, how are we to handle it, tell me court protocol, etc. I feel so helpless. But I guarantee you this, at the end of the day when all is said and done, Mr. Kucia is going to get most of my settlement, after medical expenses, and will come up with all types of additional fees and I am don't going to having anything to save for my future medical treatment/therapy. SMH I don't know how their relationship are with other clients, but I know this type of neglect seem unfair and unlawful under some type of legal code.
