Who is above this "honorable" judge? I think social media, and all the news stations need to be aware of this horrible judge. He is not at all in the best interest of children. I have read his reviews, how are we allowing this? We need to gather a petition to get this monster out!

Judge Arths needs to be removed from Associate Judge status immediately. My experience in court is that he dosen't want to be there and has better things to do elsewhere. We the people spend time and money to appear before a Judge to seek due process. The people deserve better.

I was recently involved in a preceding in Judge Arths court, and it was blatently clear that he has no regard for due process. He continuously urged the defense to "hurry up", stating "I've got stuff to do". Judge Arth had the audacity to play with his cellular phone during court, sending and or receiving text messages. He clearly is inexperienced at this position, and deserves to be stripped of his Associate Judge status. He has zero regard for integrity, due process, and the law. He should be audited immediately to protect the constitutional rights of whomever is unfortunate enough to have him presiding over their case.
     Unprofessional!! - 3/19/2020 - Very unprofessional Judge as being reported rush our case and now we continue to suffer I really do not know how he became a Judge his court orders have seriously effect the safety and health of my Mother. He does not serve we the people only self interests told my Mother to shut up in Court very intimidating it truly been a horrible time trying to help my Mother since he made his court orders favored father after confession and proof of Adultry m. First father got away for not paying for a Attorney from previous Judge this Judge did not even bring this up in court we had to self represent ourselves add matters worse abuse continues and father still has not complied to any court orders. The Court System has failed us can’t even get no one to help my elderly mother and me being disabled to help enforce any court orders and this Judge did not want to take the time to even review evidence in court or at least follow up to make sure his orders are being followed. The Judge decisions has caused injury to my Mother home being burned down and still no compliance to the basic rights for the elderly and disabled mind boggling how he was authorized the opportunity to have the power to undermine a Divorce also showed extreme favoritism and aggressive behavior during the hearing. - flag
      - 4/28/2022 - I got so unlucky to get to his court twice. The worst judge on earth! No respect to mothers, allowing bias unrelated arguments and will yell and shut you down. He wouldn’t listen or even consider childrens interest. Forget to be in front of him if you’re a pro se. Horrible and dishonorable! - flag
