commentMy experience with this attorney has been very disappointing. He will tell you that you have a case. He then takes your money.He entered into a very clear agreement to proceed on a civil action and then abandons the case.
He is highly deceptive attorney. His billing practices are very loose. He loves to tell frequent stories during his meetings, which the client is billed for. He will frequently tell you about all the hours he gave you for free and did not bill you for. I do not recommend Mr. Hanvik and I caution you in doing business with him.
