My ex wife hired Lynn Conant and Lynn tried to run up the bill as much as she could by filing 40 item plus discoveries. A good defense to that was just erasing my name off of it and putting my ex's name on it and sending it back. What Lynn's strategy was, was to run up my ex's bill all the time assuring her that she was going to win attorney's fees to be paid by me. When we beat Lynn and my ex in court (I eventually priced my ex out) Lynn then billed my ex for almost $8,000.00 Lynn will sell you on the fact that she is going to win and she will get you everything that you want. I know that she knows she is gambling with other peoples moneybut she dosnt care either way...she feels she will get paid. I also think it's funny to note that she has not had a stable office for quote some time since she had to close her own office. If you happen to look across the courtroom and find her on the other side, my best advice is to keep fighting and dont settle with her and hopefully your ex will be as smart as mine and decide not to believe Lynn's B.S.
