commentSerious allegations of fraud have been raised against James J. McNamara, IV in Mississippi courts. These allegations involve the presentation of false evidence. Despite these claims, no official action seems to have been taken by the state. The Mississippi legal system is supposed to be a beacon of justice, but this case raises serious questions.
