My sisters and I hired Mr. Bunin to get a squatter out my father's residence so we could finish the probate and sell the home. Mr. Bunin did an amazing job for us. He always kept us informed, and was always honest with us even if it hurt. He promptly returned phone calls and responded to e-mails. His style was to get to the point quickly, and not waste time. Within just a few short months, we were able to get the matter resolved and got the squatter out of the house. We had to pay the squatter a little money in order to get him out, but we were okay with that because it would have cost us a lot more if we had to go to trial. I would definitely recommend Mr. Bunin for any legal matter.

All he does is charge money and does nothing positive for clients.he doesnt answer ur questions and looking to make money and doesnt fight for his clients at all

I retained attorney Jeffrey Bunin of The Law Offices of Adrian Philip Thomas, P.A. late February, regarding an inheritance litigation lawsuit. As I am not familiar with the legal process I assumed he was doing what he was supposed to be doing. Although I continuously inquired as when he would depose potential witnesses he never did as he expressed that he did not feel it was necessary. Surprise followed when at trial he found out it was necessary. I suspected of Mr. Bunin’s incompetency when during the trial he stated to me that the plaintiff was a great witness and I on the other hand, I was a nervous person. I have multiple sclerosis and the stress of litigation caused me to be more nervous than usual. Bunin did not seem prepared for this trial - even the judge dozed off twice while Mr. Bunin was going through his papers looking at what to say next. He did not present documents accordingly and the judge quickly picked up on this. At one point the judge has to stop Mr. Bunin. In addition and the day before the trial, the office accountant/partner informed me that an additional $60,000 was to be paid to the firm immediately otherwise Mr. Bunin would be unable to represent me the following day in court. I was only able to successfully acquire $30,000 and paid her. Note, I had already paid approximately $100,000 to the firm - if not more. I was extremely dissatisfied as to the manner I was represented by Jeffrey Bunin. Mr. Bunin was clearly unprepared for the representation of my case. His poor inadequate service and lack of case preparation has cost me much emotional stress and financial loss but mostly the failure to carry on with my deceased aunt’s wishes and specific instructions. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Bar Association.
     Jeffrey S. Bunin - 11/13/2018 - While it is true that Ms. Quint filed a complaint against me with the Florida Bar making the same allegations set forth in this review, she failed to disclose that the Florida Bar dismissed the complaint on March 23, 2018 - months before this review was posted - finding that disciplinary proceedings were inappropriate. The remainder of the review includes similar omissions and blatantly false statements which I would like to correct; however, the Rules of Professional Conduct relating to attorney-client privilege prevent me from disclosing the relevant facts, even in defense of my reputation. LawyerDB.com has a policy of not taking sides in disputes over the "factual" assertions posted in online reviews and of not removing reviews that a lawyer claims are false, so lawyers and law firms - unlike most businesses - have limited ability to respond. I always strive to obtain the best results possible for each and every one of my clients, but the results inevitably vary because every case is different. Ms. Quint's case involved some rather unusual facts and circumstances which resulted in an outcome that she was obviously not satisfied with. - flag
