I have recently been dealing with this company for some legal issues that I having to resolve from about 5 years ago . The staff here has been very un-empatient , threatening, and rude to me . Customer service was horrible , I called to speak with someone of hire authority only for him to be justifying the reason for the reps actions and not actually trying to solve the issue . Supervisor also rushed me off the phone rudely only trying to clarify his reps action and not trying to apologize for them . After i am done with this account I will never or would never ever use these guys again . Regardless of time or matter I am a customer and I should have been treated with respect and dignity and not the attitude of both garbiyella star or her supervisor ! Even the tone that the rep called me using was a bit forceful basically leaving me to believe that I would be arrested for missing a patient it wasn’t until I called back to speak with someone else that the supervisor actually explained to me what was going on I had to call a total of 4 times only to be not be helped or taken care of !
