I believe this atty. is a bad choice for defense for your rights and or, freedom. this guy will work wonders to gain your trust and once he gains access to your money and in certain cases, your possessions, his office will start to misplace files or forget to have things done only to say that those things cost money, maybe they can state those things in the initial meeting, he doesnt listen, he takes (numerous)calls during your atty client meetings, then has no problem charging you for the enire meet. soon if and when he shows you your requests for motions etc, they look as to be written by a fifth grader. many typo's and mistakes, important dates and facts are disorganized and usually incorrect, he treats his staff like dogs constantly stressing them, he always shorts them on their pay and always has some reasoning that was never discussed to short them their pay. he has people he barely pays to do his work for you. he shows up to court in ill fitting, dirty suits with untied or un fastened shoes, all the while charging you to find out things about law he doesnt know, which he should.. I can go on and on, his "modus operandi" is to get people who are desperate and confused to get their money and wrap them up in his chaotic office drama. He doesnt have too many wins under his belt either. so, be aware....
