Bio:	Jon Hayes has taken a leave of absence effective February 16, 2022, to accept a full-time position as an attorney with the bankruptcy court of appeals. Before that, he was on the adjunct faculty of Whittier School of Law for four years. He maintains a blog directed primarily for his students at www.profhayesuwla.com.
