You dont want to hire this guy instead of this lawyer helping you w legal rights on your property, your income, or even your 401k, or even getting you as a father rights to see your child, after the divorce , all he did is takes your money to be on the opposite's side, and basically he becomes the opposites side lawyer and just screws you over and gives the other party everything and he gives the opposite's side your 401k, more than half of everything you own, and as a father i never got to see my son ever again, .during the case as he worked on it ,he doesnt work for you and if you tell him what u expect or want, the worse comes out for you for telling him he is not right and hes not doing what you asked for , he doesnt put effort to fight for you, instead he screwed me over, 17 years later my son is 24yrs and hes messed up in his head ,he wont see me and hes traumatized . Even though he's grown up now, this lawyer gave her almost my whole life, took away my rights to see my son, it was a nightmare as as a father, and im heart broken because of two decades never seeing him, my son never wants to see mr ever again.if your a parent fighting for rights this lawyer is not caring to fight for you, wont hear it or he will just shut u up, and hes in power to just screw you over, especially if you asking him why dont you even fight for me for my rights or even half of my stuf and money, i ended up paying child support, all the way, till it ended,responsably ;but still pay insurance til this day even though hes in a relationship w his own girl, live w her , and goes to school still, and works now because my son is a responsible adult now, , and i lived up to my decree to the end, the nightmare is finally over, but. Overall this lawyer is not a miracle worker nor he has a heart to care for his clients, to him its just another paycheck and if he sees its easier to team up w the opposite that he should be fighting for you then whats the use of having a lawyer , he gave her my truck, he gave her half of my retirement money and my son never seen any of that on his end, she spent it all on herself and even the lawyer took advantage and gave her everything, he judged me instead of defending me, and she got everything 100%thanks alot mr taconi, for ruining my life, i suffered a lot all these years that was taken From me , and just because i questioned you and trusted u to fight for me, you would get mad and do the opposite, and go on the opposite's side and stick it me. I strugled mijority of my life financially, thank god i had a mother and father that helped me till the nightmare was over, i couldnt afford to support my self. Lots was not fair, and he let me drown w not affording anything, and he robbed me of my childs life not watching him grow and mised his graduation, never had an address to where hes at, no phone number or way to communicate w my son, kept increasing my support unwillingly had no choice but to hand over my money the other party.im hurt more than ever not because how i struggled w finances, but what hurt me was i missed my son grow because my rights were taken. And till this day im almost 50yrs old i still cant see my son, because he thinks i abandoned him. And its all my fault..a father should not go through that. So if you as a victum looking for a lawyer, a good lawyer ! And dont want to go through what my entire life i went through as a father and divorced parent, financially and mentally and loosing a son like i did, you dont want this guy...heartless i tell ya. Ill vouch on that because i suffered all my life with out my son. And still do.
