Judge Marion Boone is the worst judge for landlord tenant problems she does not know anything she really sucks as the judge for surry county. She has no experience at what she does only thing she will suggest everyone is to get a lawyer. Well she needs a different job she didn't help me at all.

I have not experienced MRS. Boone's actions as a judge but I can attest to her unethical actions as a lawyer. She defended an individual accused of assaulting me in 2009. This was done because she went to "church" with the accused's family. During the course of the proceedings she: 1) Blatantly lied, and actually tampered with evidence, collaborating with a corrupt magistrate to manipulate documents related to my accusations against the individual. My family and I visited the magistrate on the day of the attack, but according to MRS Boone's fabrications, the visit occurred weeks later. 2) Equated my employment status in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis, and that fact that my girlfriend (a witness to the attack) was merely a student, with being untrustworthy. She insinuated our religious beliefs also made us untrustworthy. This again, compared to individuals that she went to "church" with. Her aggressive push of Christian religious zealotry and extremism is both insidious and inappropriate. 3) Claimed that my traveling a public highway was tantamount to terrorizing the accused, and thus I deserved the attack. Also that once the attack initiated, I was at fault because I defended myself well. Further insinuated that my height meant that I could not have defended myself, but must have been the aggressor. Thus, she brazenly discriminated against me due to height and perpetuated falsehoods. 4) Slandered my family and girlfriend repeatedly. She proved that she had little to no knowledge of the situation at hand, nor any reliable information about my family. 5) Smugly referred to her own "superior" intelligence. 6) Laughed when I asked for evidence of her accusations against me. 7) Repeatedly focused on an unrelated case involving the divorce of my parents which had no bearing on the incident being discussed. In the end, MRS Boone exemplifies the worst in our justice system. As a small town lawyer, she worked to obtain acknowledgement and approval from only those she deemed important, and imagined herself above the law and the truth. Her inane abilities and corrupt motives did not restrain me from a successful future, but I wholeheartedly fear for all that she "judges" in that they will not receive a fair trial. She will only be fair to her fellow religious extremists, and those friends wealthy enough to earn her favor. This individual is simply unfit for the position that she forced her way into and is an unrepentant, corrupt liar.
