commentTo whom it may concern-
Both my husband and I have tried to contact Ms. Garipay on numerous occasions concerning a trademark that we are pursuing and that one of her clients has that are similar. We only need maybe five minutes of her time and each time that we call we are told she is available and who is calling? Then there are a few moments of silence and all of sudden she is in a meeting. I am not a lawyer so I don't know how busy she could be but when we call at least twice a week multiple times a day she has to have a break sometime. I find it completely disrespectful and rude that she can not take five minutes out of her day to just see what we need.
