Ms. McKenna was atrocious to work with professionally. While she was friendly and pleasant, getting her to answer a critical text or email or to return a call was a nightmare. She let crucial issues slip, she forgot imperative details, she rarely followed through in a reasonable timeframe, and I don't think she ever took a single note because more than half of the things we agreed on regarding strategy were completely lost on her and she moved forward with her own agenda. I've worked with attorneys professionally for my entire 20+ year career and I've never witnessed such lack of dedication to clients' welfare or best interest. She made no effort to formulate a big picture strategy and seemed to be over her head with basic interpretation of the law. I wouldn't say that she's lacking integrity. I would just say she's overwhelmed, disorganized, lacking professional knowledge, a poor listener/communicator, and not interested in the smaller things that get you to the finish line victoriously. She's more interested in just getting things finalized.
