commentMr. Satawa promised to cover my case, up to trial for $5,000.
After full payment, Mr Satawa appeared at one court hearing.
His only discovery, consisted of requesting one (1) police report.
For $5,000.00, Mr. Satawa spent around 6 hours on my case.
He predicted the case would go to trial, and demanded a $25,000.00 (!) retainer. Payment due in full, and immediately.
When I did not cough up the additional $25,000.00, within a week Mr. Satawa went to the judge and removed himself from my case.
Not only did he remove himself - he made up and excuse stating that I was "unreasonable."
This guy is untrustworthy.
I do not recommend Mr. Satawa.
I was acquitted of all charges, and I chose a different attorney who in fact cares about his clients' lives.
Shop around - interview many attorneys. Ask friends for suggestions.
