I am sadly all too familiar with the nefarious nightmare known as Michael L. Bosnic. In point of fact, Michael Bosnic attempted to maliciously prosecute me, a 53 year-old man with no criminal history and an extensive track record with over 25 years of community service to my credit, without any concrete evidence. You would expect that a prosecutor who boasts about having "over 20 years of legal experience" would have known better and not rushed to judgment without actually conducting his due diligence. It goes without saying that the allegations against me were exposed as baseless and the case was unsurprisingly dismissed, which has nonetheless still left me with deep emotional scars which will probably never heal. Had my case been handled by an ethical prosecutor, who unlike Michael Bosnic was not incompetent, overzealous, ruthless and so fiercely determined to succeed at all costs to make a name for himself, it never would have escalated to the level that it did. The facts of the case remain secondary in importance to Mr. Bosnic, especially if they interfere with him obtaining his goals. Perhaps "the corrupting power of unchecked ambition" is at work here? Fortunately for the citizens of Michigan, every time Mike Bosnic runs for an elected position such as House of Representatives in 2004 and 2006 and most recently the Judge of 52-4 District Court he always loses to a much more qualified opponent. Therefore, forewarned is forearmed and I would strongly advise you to avoid Michael Bosnic like Ebola.
