Bio:	An experienced litigator, Michael has represented employers and employees in such diverse industries as health care, financial services, retail, and manufacturing. He has represented clients in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and in administrative proceedings, and has argued cases before the Second and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. His experience includes cases involving sexual harassment, age, race, gender, disability, religious and national origin discrimination, as well as unlawful retaliation. Michael has also counseled and represented clients in cases involving First Amendment and whistleblower claims. After he graduated from the University of Notre Dame, Michael performed volunteer work for a year in Brockton, Massachusetts where he worked with mentally ill adults.
